Gilda Cobb-Hunter, South Carolina House of Representatives & President of the National Black Caucus of State Legislators (NBCSL); Rep. Audrey Gibson, Minority Leader of the Florida Senate; Rep. Robert Johnson III, MS House Minority Leader; Rep. William Boddie Jr., Minority Whip of the Georgia House of Representatives; and Rep. J. Todd Rutherford, Minority Leader of the South Carolina House of Representatives.
